You have money, you are not God — Phyna calls out Dangote over sister’s accident

Reality TV star Josephina “Phyna” Otabor has taken to social media to accuse billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote and the Dangote Group of misconduct following an alleged accident involving one of the company’s trucks that left her sister injured.

The Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner claimed the Dangote Group directed the Nigerian police to remove the plate number from the truck said to have crushed her sister.

Phyna expressed frustration that, instead of prioritising her sister’s wellbeing, the company had allegedly focused on protecting its assets and personnel.

She also alleged that a company manager was scheduled to visit the police station handling the case, but no representative had come to see her sister.

“From all that has happened, you decided to rather tell the Nigerian police to remove the plate number on the truck that crushed my sister… What happened to seeing my sister first?” she wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Phyna warned that if the truck and its driver were released from police custody, she would take further action, declaring, “You have money, you are not God… my God is bigger. Enough is enough.”
