James Owusu Announces Candidacy for NPP-USA Branch Chairman
The Incumbent NPP-USA Branch First Vice Chairman Mr James Owusu has declared his candidacy for the position of Branch Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) USA, citing a call to service and a desire to unite and empower the party’s members.
