EXCLUSIVE: ‘Ambitious’ Dreams FC table official request for Gladson Awako
Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have joined the race to sign Accra Great Olympics talismanic midfielder Gladson Awako.
The ‘Still Believe’ have identified Awako, a former TP Mazembe midfielder, as a player to help fuel their ambitious drive of assembling one of the best teams in the country highly capable of challenging for top trophies domestically.
Awako’s top form for Great Olympics has been highly demonstrated in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season. His outstanding performances have seen him pick several individual awards so far.
His showings for Great Olympics have also seen interest in him continue to grow. Hearts of Oak have already registered their interest to sign him to shore up sparsity in the creative department of their midfield, and now Dreams FC have joined the list of interested parties.
Officials of Dreams FC have tabled an official request for the player but Great Olympics are yet to respond with their terms.
This makes it a tug of war between Hearts of Oak and Dreams FC for the sensational Awako.
