Ebusua Dwarfs unveil Japanese striker Jindo Morishita
His Excellency the Japanese Ambassador to Ghana Tsutomu Himeno officially welcomed their idolic Japanese striker Jindo Matdutsito to the Ghana Premier league where he would be playing his trade for cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs for the rest of the season.
The short ceremony saw former GFA boss and Dwarfs bankroller Nana Sam Brew Butler, officials of cenpower, and Samuel Anim Addo, a representative of the Ghana Football Association in attendance.
In his short remarks, the physically fit Japanese forward promised to do his best to support Dwarfs to rise up on the league sheet.
“I am not new to Ghana and I respect the Ghanaian culture. I like Ghanaian food very much especially fufu.” He stressed.
The 25 year old forward expressed his appreciation to the Japanese Ambassador and the bankroller of Ebusua Dwarfs for their guidance and support.
Nana Sam Brew Butler thanked the media for patronising the ceremony and expantiated a bit on the relationship between cenpower and Ebusua Dwarfs. He was of the positive opinion that the partnership would go a long way to benefit the two.
The Japanese Embassy and the Japanese community have been very supportive of Japanese athletes who visit the country for diverse endeavours.
The bond of friendship between Japan and Ghana is greatly noticed in all areas of sports, economy, Health and trade.
