Joe Nana Adarkwa named WPL February coach of the month
Head coach of Ampem Darkoa Ladies, Joe Nana Adarkwa and Lady Strikers player, Suzzy Dede Teye have been named Nasco coach and player of the month for February respectively.
Joe Nana Adarkwa was shortlisted alongside three other coaches,Yusif Basigi of Hasaacas Ladies, Rashid Iddi of Lady strikers and Charles Anokye Frimpong of Kumasi Sports Academy for the coveted award.
Coach Adarkwa led Ampem Darkoa Ladies to win three matches with no defeat in the month of February, making his team the only WPL side with three clean sheet last month. This Performance places Ampem Darkoa at the apex of the Northern Zonal league table with 19 points.
