Yaw Preko upbeat about Medeama’s title chances
Medeama SC Head Coach Yaw Preko continues to remain positive about his side’s Premier League title chances.
The former Ifeanyi Ubah gaffer has been with the Mauves and Yellow for the past few months after taking over the helms when Samuel Boadu left for Hearts of Oak.
Under his guidance, Medeama SC have ascended the summit of the Premier League table, and look well on course to winning a first league title with 12 matches to go.
Speaking in the aftermath of his side’s comprehensive victory over Ebusua Dwarfs last Sunday, Preko expressed belief in the project and his players.
He said “It’s possible, I believe in my boys. I keep saying we are taking it game after game”.
Medeama SC currently lie 1st on the table with 39 points, 1 more than second placed Asante Kotoko.
