OFFICIAL : Stephen Banahene signs contract extension with Ashantigold

Ghana Premier League giant’s Ashanti Gold SC have announced contract extension with midfielder Stephen Owusu Banahene.

The midfielder has signed a new contract with the Obuasi based outfit following a successful negotiations on Friday at the club Secretariat.

Banahenw signed a four year contract which will keep him till 2026.

The 26 year-old had become an integral member of the squad after a slow start at the club.

He joined the club in 2019 but had to wait for the pandemic before making his debut at the beginning of the season.
