The newspaper in it Friday September 3- Sunday , September 5 edition carried as one of its headline stories “CSO names Haruna Iddrisu and Ato Forson in GNPC Scandal”
However, reacting to the publication in a twitter post sighted by GhanaPlus.com, Mr Ato Forson said he had never facilitated any meeting with the parties involved and urged the public to disregard the report.
He also ask the media house to retract, apologise and that also within 2hours and give it same prominence as the publication carried in today’s papers or risk being drag to the law court.
“Please disregard this defamatory story about me. I have never facilitated any meeting between the parties. Publishers have 24 hours to retract and apologize giving it the same prominence they gave the original story, failing which I will drag them to court! Thank You,” his twitter post reads.
