We are determined to beat South Africa – Black Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori

Black Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori says the team is determined to beat South Africa in the World Cup qualifier on Monday.

The Bafana Bafana will host the Black Stars in matchday 2 of the qualifiers at the FnB stadium on Monday.

Ghana are on top of Group G after beating Ethiopia in the opener, with South Africa and Zimbabwe having a point each due to their stalemate last Friday.

Despite the absence of some key players Ofori believes his side can emerge as winners in the much-anticipated game.

“I can’t say we have an advantage over them because now a day’s football changed, everyone knows how to play. I remember the previous tournament we went at the AFCON, Madagascar performed so it means every country can play and but it’s just a matter of who want it more” he said the pre-match conference.
