Social media cause of unnecessary beef between Gospel artistes
The leader of the Gospel music group, Getty & Friends Getty Oduro Annan has blamed social media as the cause of unnecessary beef and competition among Gospel artistes in the country.
The ‘Gyae Su’ hitmaker Getty Oduro Annan emphasized that some gospel artistes always want to impress their followers on social media which is leading to competition and beefing between some gospel artistes.
Speaking on Kumasi-based Angel Fm Drive Time show hosted by Ike De Unpredictable monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Getty Oduro Annan explained that, the love between Gospel artistes in the country is gradually reducing due to beef and competition.
“Previously gospel artistes were the most united group but gradually it is fading out due to beefing and competition between some gospel artistes” She said
Getty Oduro Annan added that “All the beefing and competition between some gospel artistes is caused by social media because some people want to trend while others want to impress their followers”.
“Because of Social Media, some gospel artistes will never mind beefing and competing among themselves to trend and it will be affecting the unity between Gospel artistes”. She bemoaned.
