Gays are human beings like all of us, stop maltreating them
Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Captain Planet of 4×4 fame has said that no one can stop homosexuals from doing what they want to do.
Talking about the anti-gay bill in parliament, Captain Planet whose real name is Sylvanus Jeffrey Dodji has pleaded that gays shouldn’t be maltreated.
“Gays are human beings so we should not heckle them or treat them with hatred, let’s just leave them,” he said on the Kastle Entertainment Show on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.
“The thing they’ve been doing it so this is not the time to stop them and I’m not sure anybody can stop them from doing what they want to do,” he told the host
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has expressed hope that the law-making body will deal with the anti-gay bill that is currently before the House in a satisfactory manner.
President Akufo-Addo said this after Chiefs in the Greater Accra region had pleaded with him to intervene and ensure that the practice of homosexuality is prohibited in the country.
