Winning Ghana Premier League goal king not my target – Aduana Stars winger Emmanuel Gyamfi
Aduana Stars winger Emmanuel Gyamfi says his target is to help the club win the Ghana Premier League and not goal king.
Gyamfi, who joined the fire boys before the start of the season has been instrumental racking up 6 goals after 9 matches into the campaign.
He bagged a brace on Sunday when Aduana Stars defeat Berekum Chelsea 3-2 on home turf.
In an interview with Kumasi-based Akoma FM monitored by Footballghana.com, the former Asante Kotoko midfielder said he is not thinking about winning the goal prize at the end of the campaign.
“My focus is not to win the goal king but to help my team win the league. We are focused on each match as it comes, we will win the league if the opportunity comes” he said.
