Medikal is the Board Chairman for SHAXI
Samuel Adu Frimpong known in showbiz as Medikal is the Board Chairman of SHAXI, a Ghanaian online ride-hailing service, owned by reggae dancehall artist Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah.
The announcement revelation was made on Thursday by Shatta Wale during a media interview in Kumasi.
Shatta Wale before the announcement was asked a question on his company but declined to answer but turned to Medikal who was present with him and told the host that, the Board Chairman (Medikal) will have to answer. “Medikal is my Board Chairman”.
Meanwhile, Medikal who spoke on behalf of his CEO noted that, the focus of building that business was not to make money for themselves but to create job opportunities for their fans who supported them all this while.
Medikal answer revealed in his answer that, the two have intension to take the SHAXI App to the world.
“I just feel like God has blessed my brother and I so much that at this point in our lives and in our career and where we’ve gotten to so far, though we are still trying to achieve a lot of things but we think that we should create something that can bring job opportunity for the people out there in Kumasi, Accra and the world. It not just limited”, Medika said told DJ Reuben on Luv FM in Kumasi monitored by MyNewsGH.com.
