The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) is currently ongoing.

Twitter users are expressing worry over the choice of host for the awards scheme which celebrates music in Ghana and Africa.

To many, it’s about time organizers of the event get serious with their choice of hosts since their quality keeps dwindling over the years.

There have been concerns about the male host since actor James Gardiner seems not cut for the job as he leaves much to be desired of him.

The audience of this year’s awards scheme believes that Chris Attoh who used to be hosting the event left a vacuum which is yet to be filled and wants something to be done about it.

Chris Attoh has hosted VGMA thrice. He hosted in 2011, 2012 and 2016.
