Gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy says she has expanded her business portfolio to include real estate.
She has been in the field for the last three years developing properties for sale.
The award-winning gospel musician explained that it is a capital-intensive field, however, the dividends are worth it.
The musician who is currently promoting her event, Tehillah Experience, made this known to Accra-based Kingdom FM.
“Its been three years because money goes into it and it doesn’t come but it teaches you how to endure till everything is done and then you get the money that you want. It is very good business.
I’ve properties in Oyarifa and Lashibi,” she said but was coy to add the number of properties she has so far and the kind of buildings she put up.
