CPP Unveils Women’s Advancement Manifesto

The Convention Peoples’ Party (CPP) launches its Women manifesto.

According to the presidential candidate, Nana Akosua Frimpomaa Sarpong, the manifesto serve as industrial transformation.

“It is with great excitement that we launch our women manifesto, a roadmap to a brighter future in Accra on Thursday, 14 November 2024 at the CPP office at Kanda.”

Her comprehensive plan aimed to revitalize the nation’s economic prospects.

“This manifesto is serve as a call to action. A commitment to Ghana our goal for Ghana is a society where every person can enjoy a life of dignity, participate in the country’s economic growth and forge their own path in a nation that is truly independent, equal, and free” she stated.

The Convention People Party (CPP) 2024 manifesto is built on four central pillars: Economic ownership and prosperity, Women’s empowerment and National Resilience, Governance at your Doorstep and Industrialization as the Engine of change.

Under the Economic ownership and prosperity, the CPP’s presidential candidate promise to establish an ownership-based economy through the effective implementation of the GhanaBa share policy.” she explained “.
Under the GhanaBa shares, every Ghanaian will have opportunity to shares in national industries. With GhanaBa shares, will be ensure that our National wealth benefit all in the hands of a few or flowing out of the country.

Madam Akosua Frimpomaa also demonstrated the importance of local production boosting exports through innovative solutions. She vow that a CPP-led government “will build industrial and technology hubs across the nation, ensuring that our young people have the skills to create, innovate and lead in very sector from manufacturing to information technology”.

Under the Women’s Empowerment and National Resilience pillar the CPP’s initiative aims to bridge the gender gap by providing women entrepreneurs with access to capital, training programs in trades and technology, and leadership opportunities across all sectors”.

To end with, the Governance at your Doorstep pillar includes, leveraging digital solutions to faster transparency, accountability and good governance for all.
