Obi Cubana Shares Video Of First Club Built In Abuja In 2006 With Caption “Showcasing What We Do For A Living” (VIDEO)


Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, a socialite and the Chairman of the Cubana group of firms, was questioned by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday, January 13 for an alleged relation to the illegal narcotics business.
On Thursday, Obi Cubana posted a video of his first club, which he established in Abuja in 2006, with the message “showcasing what we do for a living,” just hours before it was reported that he was interrogated by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) over alleged drug ties.

He posted the video with the following caption:
The first EVER club we built; ibiza……Established 13th October 2006!

According to Punch, Obi Cubana was interrogated for around five hours at the NDLEA’s Abuja headquarters before being given bail and told to return at a later date.
According to the publication, three convicted drug dealers from Malaysia, Nigeria, and India allegedly put suspicious payments into Cubana’s account.
It was also learned that NDLEA and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission operatives had expanded their investigation into Cubana and his business network, based on the suspicion that he may be involved in the narcotics trade.
