ECOWAS Leaders

The Member of Parliament for the Jirapah Constituency, Mr Cletus Seibu Dapilah has blamed challenges confronting Africa, including  the current political crises in Mali on the hypocritical behavior of leaders of the West African bloc.

Speaking on Pan African Television’s morning current affairs programme, Good Morning Africa, he described the African leaders as dishonest people offering bad leadership and that was responsible for the crises in Mali and other countries.

He noted, their inability to provide proper checks and balances on each other was due to the fact that all of them were involved in one unacceptable practice or the other adding all they do was meet, eat and find ways to protect each other’s rot.

“The issue about the Malian crises and the ECOWAS leadership saying that they are reiterating their commitment to solving it, Justice the issue is not about the people fighting, is about the hypocrisy of our leaders, you see they won’t talk straight they are all friends to these parties. You see the African continent, we talk too much, little actions.

“So for me …going into the details I just want to say that the problem is these gentlemen that you have seen on your page. They are the problem, they are not honest, they are not telling us the truth, they are offering bad leadership in Africa,” he said.
