The Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the committee, Mr Thywill Quarshie told Skyy Power 93.5FM that the victims will be relocated to a more spacious and safer location whereby electricity and a good place of convenience will be available for them.

The location is just about 5 minutes drive from the Appiatse community which was provided to the committee by one of the mining companies in the Western Region.
Also, Dr Isaac Dasamani, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the Prestea Huni Valley Municipality said in an interview with the media that the committee includes; members of the clergy, five community members including; two females, the MCE and members of the security Agencies.
Dr Dasamani noted that a lot of donations had been received from the government, corporate institutions especially from the mining companies as well as other private individuals, which ought to be managed for the benefit of the victims.
