First Atlantic Bank has allegedly sacked Mr Ernest Kwasi Nimako, the Director of Finance over his sick chick law suit brouhaha, report has said.
Renowned Human Rights Lawyer and Journalist, Mr Chris-Vincent Agyapong in a Facebook post sighted by GhanaPlus.com said his sources within the bank made known to him the decision taken by the bank.
He wrote “My sources are telling me that First Atlantic Bank has sacked Mr. Nimako, the man behind the side chick lawsuit.
Now, this man is unemployed and he will soon have no money and may be forced to sell his own assets to survive—even if the lady wins the lawsuit, she might get nothing—no money.
As a lawyer, when your client wants to sue for monetary gains, you must first assess whether the intended remedy can be obtained and advise appropriately.
The writ making its way into public may have fastened the sack—didn’t the legal team foreseeable this?
I will be interested in how the woman is going to fund the lawsuit when there seems to be a real prospect of not getting anything back even if she wins.
And if you are a sane man, would you even go near this girl to date her? How does her future look like in the world of relationships?”

Side chick sue boss lover over breach of promise
Mr Nimako has been in the news for the wrong reasons for days now over a law suit filed by one Deborah Seyram Adablah, a former service person of the Seventh Avenue, Ridge West branch of the bank who was supposedly his lover.
Ms Adablah is in a writ of summon dated January 25, 2023 suing Mr Nimako for breach of promise to give her a lump sum of working capital, pay her rent for three years, buy her a car, pay her ₵3000 monthly stipends and buy her a ring also.
She is praying the court to compel his former boss and allege lover to fulfill to the latter the promises he made some of which he has fulfilled half way.
Former Service Person sues First Atlantic Bank for sexual harassment
Ms Adablah also sued the bank for its failure of duty of care to protect her from sexual harassment from the plaintiff while working as service person and alleged in some instances the bank pushed her to reach out to male customers with sexual favours in exchange of becoming customers of the bank.
“And worst still the 2nd Defendant (First Atlantic Bank) also pushed her to reach out to male customers to bait them with sex in exchange of opening account with the bank,” part of her writ reads
