A heavy rainstorm has ripped the roof of Tosen Asensuho D.A Basic School in the Wassa East District of the Western Region.
The sad event occurred on Wednesday, March 2, after what was described as a heavy rainstorm swept through the town of Tosen Asensuho.
The SMC chairman, of the school, Mr Samuel Essah, who spoke to Skyy News indicated that pupils of the school had to stay home for today due to the condition of the building and don’t know when they will return because they cannot learn under such an unsafe condition.
He is calling benevolent individuals who are willing to lend a helping hand to the school in relation to renovation so the kids can go back to school and learn.
