The Founding President of IMANI Centre for Policy and Education, a policy Think Tank, Mr Franklin Cudjoe has urged Ghanaians to ignore claims that the Electoral Commission would rig the outcome of the December 7, elections on the voting day.
According to him, Ghanaians have the power to decide who wins the elections and that could not be changed by anyone.
Mr Cudjoe made the comment in a tweet on Friday, November 27, 2020.
He, therefore, urged Ghanaians to vote on the election day adding that they should do so wisely and peacefully.
“Once again, just ignore the EC and claims of rigging on voting day. You, my friends, have the power to decide. Do it in peace and vote wisely,” he said.

Electoral Commission will rig the Election – NDC
The Electoral Commission led by former boss of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), Jean Mensa, have come under series of attack from the opposition National Democratic Congress accusing them of plotting to rig the outcome of the December 7, elections in favour of the ruling NPP.
The party on several occasions had questioned one way or the other every programme the Commission had taken towards the elections, describing the EC as incompetent and being in bed with the government but the EC had always denied the allegations.
