The Sekondi High Court today, June 14, 2022, adjourned the case involving the MP for Jomorro to the 18,19 and 20th of next month.
Justice Osei Hwere the presiding Judge rescheduled the case to make way for the defendant Hon. Afotofy attends to some family issues.
In a packed court today, the MP was cross-examined by the counsel for the plaintiff’s lawyer Bright Agyekum.
Lawyer Ajekum sought to find out from the MP in her witness statement if she indeed renounced her citizenship as an Ivorian before contesting for the Jomorro seat.
