Judge shed tears whiles reading chilling accounts
A High Court Judge, Justice Lydia Osei Marfo got emotional and shed tears after reading the chilling accounts of how two teenagers allegedly murdered 10-year-old Ishmael Mensah Abdallah in Kasoa in 2021.

“I am sorry, ” the judge told the audience in the courtroom, wiping tears from his eyes with her handkerchief, after reading a section which indicated that the deceased ask for forgiveness and asked if he had wronged any of the accused.
The court will also hand over the minors to the juvenile court for sentencing if they are found guilty at the end of the trial.
The Registrar of the Court was ordered to summon men and women who qualify as jurors to be empanelled to make a decision on the case.
The case has been adjourned to July 5, 2022.
The accused are a minor whose name has been withheld and is also a school dropout and Felix Nyarko, a student, had been charged with murder and conspiracy.
Ishmael Mensah Abdallah was murdered on April 3, 2021, by the two accused teens for ritual purposes, after they lured him to an uncompleted building and hit his head with a club and cement block.
