From what was seen to be an unusual crime has now become rampant in our society as a male teacher in Twifo Nyinase community in the Twifo Attimokwa District of the Central Region has sodomised a 60-year-old man.
According to the report, 34-year-old Alexander Kwesi Acquah who is the suspect hails from the Twifo Nyinase community and is stationed at the Roman Catholic School in the area.
It is unknown what came over him when he moved to the house of a former Unit Committee Chairman in the area known as Agya Kwoffie and invited him for an outing. They both went out to a nearby spot and this is where he started developing a bad intention.
He kept buying more alcoholic beverages for the Unit Committee Chairman until he became drunk. The teacher then communicated to him that he would want to spend the night at his place because some visitors had already taken over his house. Agya Kwoffie obliged and they both spent the night in his room.
The young teacher took advantage of the situation and allegedly sodomized the 60-year-old victim.
Agya Kwoffie woke up in the morning to realize the sad incident that had happened after he began complaining of unusual passage through his back. He realized the teacher had allegedly sodomized him after a few medical checks.
However, the teacher had already bolted from the community without a trace.
The Education Director at Twifo Attimokwa, Anthony Takye confirmed the news to Skyy Power 93.5FM and indicated that the family of the teacher has been bombarding him with calls to transfer their relative from the community but he has since refused to oblige.
He wants the police to arrest the teacher because he has disgraced the entire education directorate. Now, the police are on a manhunt for him.
