The Parliamentary Candidate on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party for the Ahanta West Constituency, Ing. Francis Eric Pobee says he sold a message of hope and development to the delegates, the reason he was elected to lead.
Speaking exclusively to Skyy News, Ing. Pobee said he also promised the delegates of getting what is due them and not to be only used during elections.
He said the delegates represent the face of the party in the constituency and made them know they are not just a voting instrument but has a role to play by impacting the people in their polling stations, so the welfare of delegates, according to him is paramount, reason he was voted for.
“I sold a good message to the delegates about development in the constituency and their welfare as well. Delegates must not only be used as voting machines, but ,must be cherished, used for the betterment of the party and take their welfare into consideration.”
He said he is going to work tirelessly to bring development to Ahanta West as one of their major concern being the roads would be his priority.
“Ahanta West is very deprived of development but I will make sure I bring the needed development when voted into power, majorly infrastructure, particularly roads because when our roads are motorable it will bring development into the constituency.”
Ing. Pobee said the Akufo Addo and Dr Bawumia’s government has repositioned Ghana’s economy in the right path and since the economy keeps growing stronger each day, it will give him an urge over his NDC opponent come December 7.
