State of security in Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality calm and peaceful – MCE – Skyy Power FM

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Tarkwa Nsuaem Benjamin Kessie says the state of security in the Municipality is relatively calm and peaceful.
According to him, such a feat wouldn’t have been possible without the undoubting efforts of MUSEC members who held quite several meetings to monitor events closely and take appropriate measures to defuse any potential threat to peace and security in the Municipality.

He said this on Wednesday, March 29, at the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipal Assembly’s 1st ordinary meeting of the 4th session of the 8th assembly at the Municipal assembly’s conference hall at Ahwetieso.
He also spoke about efforts being made to mobilize more revenue for the municipality.
He further stated that accumulated revenue received by the Assembly during the period under review was Three Million, Eight Hundred and Ninety Thousand, Four Hundred and Seventy-Three Ghana Cedis, Eighty-Five Pesewas (GHC 3,890,473.85) with an amount of Two Million, Three Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand, Four Hundred and Nine Ghana Cedis, Forty-Eight Pesewas (GHC 2,344,409. 48) being spent out of the revenue generated.
