The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) and Petitioner in the ongoing 2020 election petition, John Dramani Mahama is requesting the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Mrs Jean Mensa to submit in just three days Presidential election results forms in her possession for inspection.
“Take notice that the Petitioner in this action requires 1st Respondent to within three (3) days of the service of this notice produce the following documents for inspection by Petitioner or his Counsel and to permit Petitioner or his Counsel to take copies of the same”.

In all the petitioners are requesting a total of six set of different documents from the EC Chair including originals of presidential election results declaration form and records of subsequent update made to it with emphasis on four constituencies in the Greater Accra Region.
Others are originals of Regional and Constituencies’ Presidential Election results collation forms and summary sheets from all the 16 regions of the country.
