The 2020 election petition has officially been brought to a close by the Supreme Court of Ghana, following it judgment on the petition brought before it by the Presidential Candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC), John Dramani Mahama.
The court in its ruling on Thursday, March 4, read by the Chief Justice, of Ghana , Justice Anim Yeboah said “The petitioner has not produced any evidence to rebut the presumptions created by the publication of CI 135. We are therefore no reason to order a rerun. We accordingly dismiss the petition,”
