VIDEO: Ghanaians in Germany beg Akufo- Addo to Fix the country so they can return home

Ghanaians resident in Germany have made a passionate appeal to the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to fix the country to enable them return home.
Welcoming the President to a rousing welcome at the country’s airport in a viral video sighted by GhanaPlus.com, they said “Nana fix the country so we can come home. We love you”.
“Nana, we beg you fix the country, we beg you fix the country so we can come back home” others added.

Akufo-Addo on Official Visit to Germany
The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is currently on an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany upon the invitation of the German Chancellor, Angela Merkerl.
The week-long visit which began on August 22 is expected to among other things deepen the co-operation and bonds of friendship between the two countries.
The president, while on the visit will hold several meetings including one with officials of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine manufacturer to discuss the establishment of a National Vaccine Institution in Ghana and procurement of more Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to improve Ghana’s vaccination.
He would also deliver a speech at the 75th anniversary of the country’s number one industrial region, North Rhine-Westphalia state.
“As part of his itinerary he is supposed to deliver a speech at the 75th anniversary of the formation of the North Rhine-Westphalia state which is Germany’s most populous state and her number one industrial region,”, a statement to announce his visit from the presidency said.
