“Hot s*x kills Krachi East MCE”: Extreme act of wicked mischief

I read with utmost disgust, a malicious and fictitious report generated by print news medium, Daily Guide titled “HOT S*X KILLS KRACHI EAST MCE”.
This completely false report, and an extreme act of wicked mischief was the creation of the desperate Gynaecology Department of Multimedia who seek to pitch their readers against late Francis Kofi Okesu and cause disaffection for their selfish gain.
Unfortunately, trusted news sources like graphic.com, ghanaweb.com and a few others latched onto the mischievous narrative sowed by multimedia without verification.
Ordinarily, I would not come public after drawing the attention of some of the Editors to their heartless job, but I found it pertinent to do so, just to put the records straight.
Daily Guide is owned by Gina Blay and operated by a team of seasoned Journalists led by Fortune Alimi and Alhaji A.R. Gomda with some strict professional ethics and integrity.
That the decision to publish the story the way it appeared, was borne out of of their responsibilities as journalists who owe it a duty to the public to inform and educate. However, they ended up misinforming the general public for reasons known to them.
What is shocking was how the writer of the fabricated story went beyond the official release by the body conducting investigations to the extent of concocting fictitious quotations and ascribed same to Health Professionals just to give his libelous story a semblance of fact.
Worst still, Daily Guide took its reputation to the gutters when it alleged that hot s*x killed the MCE without a scintilla of proof to back their report.
As you read, there is no Police or Medical report suggesting that the late MCE died from hot s*x. Similarly, nowhere has it been reported that he was found with spermatozoa on his thighs.
Suffice to say, those were the contoursion of facts by a desperate media scrambling for clicks and shares.
It was how some media outlets mortgaged decency and decorum for malice just to be fixated on demonizing the late MCE’s image. You must read it to disbelieve that reputable news sources can actually lend themselves to such intemperate and sentimental opinions.
If the Editors had more “heart” they would have wondered how runny fluid or so on the thighs of a lifeless body could be assumed to be spermatozoa if their reporter did not know the difference between semen and spermatozoa. They would have wondered whether the room was locked from inside or not after it was forced opened by the Police. They would have remembered to ask for CCTV footage to see if someone paid him a visit or not. They would have spoken to the Krachi East Municipal Assembly or a relative for further information about the deceased MCE.
I can only urge them to allow the full process of medical examination to establish the cause of his death, until that time, we stand by what the Police have put out in their release.
While I accept Francis was not saint. Let it be told that he was very honest, loyal husband and a practicing Christian!
But for those who are bent on persecuting you in death, they shall know not peace too!
