Suspended and One-time Central Regional Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC, Mr. Benard Allotey Jacob has ridiculed former president John Mahama’s 24-hour economy as nothing new as many companies adding Akpeteshie Bar operates 24 hours.

Meanwhile, a section of the Ghanaian electorate has endorsed the 24-hour economy, calling former president Mahama to give more details on how he aims to boost the economy under such a brilliant idea.
