Chose Naa Torshie Addo as your running mate – Group to Bawumia

Members of NPP-GaDaŋme Global Support Group are calling on the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to consider the former Common Fund Administrator, Mrs Irene Naa Torshie Addo-Lartey as his running mate for the 2024 elections.
The Group, in a statement signed by the Convener, Venerable Dr Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, said Mrs. Naa Torshie Addo-Lartey when chosen will propel the party to win massive votes in the coastal areas of Ghana since she is from a coastal area.

DR BAWUMIA/ NAA TORSHIE TICKET, Perfection is implied
NPP-GaDaŋme Global Support Group, notable contributors to the growth and sustainability of our beloved party, NPP, and as diehard helpers to the economic development of our dear nation, we strongly believe it is high time a competent GaDaŋme was considered a vice presidential candidate.
We, the NPP-GaDaŋme Global support Group, local and abroad, want to passionately appeal to H.E. Dr. M. Bawumia regarding the choice of a GaDaŋme as his running mate. Though there are a handful of able GaDaŋme politicians in the party, who are equally capable to handle the huge task of being a running mate, we have settled on a personality who possesses many skills and attributes, as a front-liner, that will be essentially beneficial to the running of the next government of Ghana.
This personality is no any other person than our own vibrant Hon, Mrs Irene Naa Torshie Addo-Lartey, a perfect product of the New Patriotic Party and a woman whose character and personality is evidence of qualification for the rank of Vice President of the Republic of Ghana.
This royal lady does not need much introduction; nonetheless, for the sake of those who may have little knowledge of her, it is imperative we showcase a little about her contributions to the party and the nation as an Administrator of District Assemblies Common Fund, a work she does with extraordinary skill and a supreme intellectual achievement.
Considering her contributions to the running of the party and the nation as a whole, we would not say it is a payback time. Rather, we would say it is a destined moment to give a competent GaDaŋme the mandate to pilot the economic plane to its desired destination.
Hon Irene Naa Torshie Addo-Lartey nomination will go a long way in managing the GaDaŋmes’ loyalty to our party, as well as reviving the GaDaŋme sensation NPP party used to enjoy.
Whenever GaDaŋmes vote against NPP, it has to do with a protest because the party has not managed the loyalty issue well. There is a history of GaDaŋme loyalty even from colonial times and how this loyalty has been betrayed. As a political support group, we are very happy to say that it will be a fortunate experience and a great blessing for H.E. Dr Bawumia to nominate Hon Mrs Irene Naa Torshie Addo-Lartey as his running mate not just because of her lustrous political maturity, nor her competence in public finance, nor her stunning experience in human service education; but as repayment of GaDaŋme’s loyalty to the party.
So, we the members of NPP-GaDaŋme Global Support Group would heartily welcome Naa Torshie’s nomination by H.E. Alhaji Dr Bawumia as his running mate as excellent work done for which, of course, will widen NPP outlook as a great political party for all tribes.
Venerable Dr Nii Naate Atswele Agbo Nartey
(Convener of Npp-GaDaŋme Global Support Group)
