Former Regional Chairman Predicts NPP Will Hold Wiawso Parliamentary Seat

Mr William Benjamin Assuah, Former Western North Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed optimism that Mr Festus Bumankama Agyapong, the party’s parliamentary candidate will maintain the Sefwi-Wiawso constituency seat in the December 7 polls.
According to him, the remarkable developmental projects initiated by the NPP government were evidence that the party would not only win the parliamentary seat but also the presidential elections.
The Former NPP Regional Chairman said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency after he joined the party’s parliamentary candidate for Wiawso to campaign in selected communities.
They visited communities like Kunuma, Akurafu, Achichen and Kanchiabo.
Mr Assuah said: “I am confident in the NPP to get a resounding victory in the upcoming elections because of the substantial impact of the party’s developmental projects within the Wiawso constituency and other parts of the country.”
He appealed to the people to vote massively for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and all the party’s parliamentary candidates to ensure continued development in the country.
As part of his commitment to ensure community development, Mr Assuah donated an undisclosed amount of money to opinion leaders of Sefwi-Kunuma in support for the construction of a nurses’ bungalow.
