I never insulted Martin Amidu ‘Otani Gyimifuo’ – Nana B reacts
National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B has denied insulting former Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu.
Martin Amidu in the latest letter “exposed” one Nana Boakye who had been calling and sending him texts with insults and the tribe he belongs to just because he exposed the NPP government led by Akufo-Addo.
He could not fathom how his tribe had anything to do with the review he did on Agyapa Royalties corruption review.
The former Special Prosecutor said Nana B’s insults about his tribe were not worrying but a call on Ghanaians to desist from tribalism.
However, reacting to the said allegation on his Facebook page, Nana B denied the claims made by the former Special Prosecutor.
A statement from his office said “I would want to place on record that the said Nana B, referred to in Mr Martin Amidu’s most recent letter is not me and has nothing to do with me. Neither the telephone number nor the email address referenced in said letter are similarly not mine and are not known to me.
I therefore sincerely advise that the media and members of the public calling me with regards to the publication by Mr Martin Amidu take note of this.”
