I Will Improve The Party’s Administration – Charles Cobbina Campaigns

An aspiring Western Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Charles Cobbina, has pledged to ensure that the party’s administration experienced a major facelift if given the nod to serve the party.
He said doing the same thing over and over again had never achieved any different results.
“We cannot be content with methods of administration that have led to low morale among party officers at the constituency, electoral area and polling station levels, especially at a time when our party is in government.
“It is inexcusable and we must fix it to break the eight” Mr Cobbina pointed out.
The Regional Secretary hopeful said this at Wassa Akropong in the Wassa Amenfi East Constituency when he addressed a press conference and emphasized that they needed to galvanize their human resources as a party and build their capacity to meet the intended desire of “breaking the eight”.
He said “breaking the eight” was no small endeavour; therefore, they needed to approach the quest with competence, experience, innovation and maturity.
He added: “We need to be able to think while on our feet in the heat of the battle, adjust and amend our plans where necessary and stimulate our teams to remain committed to the end.”
In the last couple of months, the party had elected its officers at the polling station, electoral area and constituency levels, he used the opportunity to congratulate all the newly elected executives at the said levels.
Mr Cobbina encouraged those who lost in the elections not to lose hope, but to continue to work in the service of the party and stressed that if he was elected to serve the party in the Region, their experience would be harnessed for the heavy task ahead.
Also, he mentioned that they needed all expertise on-board the campaign to break the eight therefore when elected; he would immediately work with party elders in all constituencies to begin a healing process within the party.
“That is my agenda and that is why I seek the support and mandate of our trusted party officers to lead the party in the Western Region to take our rightful place as a party” Mr Cobbina added.
