Koose or Koosay, which is also known by some people as Bean Cake is widely eaten in Ghana mostly as a snack. Often in the early mornings, it goes very well with Hausa Koko, a local porridge in Ghana. 2cup – Black Eye Beans
1/4 of a Medium Size Onion
1/2 of a Scotch Bonnet or Habanero pepper
2 – Scallions (Optional)
