2 Top Angel Broadcasting Network Presenters resign within one week


Two(2) popular Presenters of Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) have resigned within one week after they were being poached by other media outfits.
Kwame Tanko, a long-time broadcaster with ABN announced his resignation after 10 years of service. In a statement, he expressed deep gratitude to his employer, Dr Kwaku Oteng, describing him as more than a father figure, and thanked the listeners of Angel FM in Kumasi and his global fan base.
Tanko reflected on the friendships he built during his time at ABN, noting that some became like family, and he will miss them. While he is leaving ABN, he is excited to begin a new chapter with a promising media company in Kumasi.
It has been confirmed that Tanko will be hosting the Morning Show of Lawson 96.3 FM/TV.
Meanwhile, Kwamina Sam Biney who was also with Angel FM Accra, has announced his departure from the station and has since been unveiled as Morning Show Host for Bryt FM owned by the Joy Industries Company Limited.
His resignation comes as a major shock to listeners of the station considering his contributions to the growth of the Accra branch of the Angel Broadcasting Network.
