Official Nma urged men to stop living for validation and approval, calling it a mindset that leaves them overlooked and disrespected.

“Most men never live for themselves,” she said. “They are always living for a love that is conditional.”

She cautioned against sacrificing personal standards just to avoid conflict. “Whenever you try to ignore your standards to avoid upsetting her, you lose value in her eyes,” she warned.

“Every single time that you ignore your boundaries to please her, you’ve lost respect.”

Her solution was straightforward: “A man of substance knows his limits. He knows his boundaries. He stand firm by his boundaries.” She added that a man should be “willing to walk away if she doesn’t keep those boundaries.”

Nma encouraged men to set boundaries “with empathy,” ensuring they are realistic and achievable.

Summarizing her message, she stated, “Women love you more for the things that you do for yourself compared to the things that you do for them.” She explained that “when you need nothing from her, that is where she gives you everything freely.”

She ended by reminding her audience to invest in personal wellbeing;“Pour into yourself first before pouring into somebody else.”
