Andrew Tate faces assault allegations from girlfriend Bri Stern

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate is back in the headlines as his girlfriend, Bri Stern, accuses him of assaulting her during a sexual encounter.

In a police report filed earlier this month, Stern claims Tate choked her to the point of near unconsciousness despite her repeated pleas to stop.

The alleged incident took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11.

Stern later documented her injuries, including bruises, and sought medical treatment in New York, where she was reportedly diagnosed with post-concussive symptoms.

Tate’s legal team has dismissed the allegations, calling them “fake news” and threatening defamation lawsuits.

This latest controversy adds to Tate’s ongoing legal troubles.

He and his brother, Tristan, are currently facing human trafficking and rape charges in Romania, while a separate UK arrest warrant accuses them of sexual aggression. Both brothers deny all allegations.
