Being snubbed by Sarkodie for a collabo is part of life’
Kill Me Shy’ hitmaker, Dr Cryme has questioned the motive behind musicians who have revealed that Sarkodie doesn’t respond to their phone calls and messages.
In recent times, Sarkodie has come under immense criticism from his colleagues for his refusal to pick their calls even when they have appointments with him.
Edem is on record to have called him out on Twitter for failing to show up for a video shoot and failing to pick his call.
But reacting to the hue and cry in an interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM Dr Cryme said he has close relations with Sarkodie and knows how to reach him anytime.
“Sarkodie is my close friend if I want to call and tell him something but he doesn’t pick I have other options to reach him”.
However, he believes that “If you try whatever means and still it doesn’t go through, it’s part of the world so move on”.
He does not subscribe to making public the fact that the most successful rapper in Ghana does not pick calls noting that doing that means you have other motives.
“But if you bring it to the radio station to talk about it then it means you have other motives but in this world it’s not every door that opens when you knock”.
