Chai! My secret is out – Flavour reacts to fan’s Mami Water claim
Flavour N’abania, known offstage as Chinedu Okoli, is no stranger to praise when it comes to his music.
With a smooth blend of Igbo highlife, afrobeat, and soulful lyrics, the Nigerian superstar has carved a name for himself across Africa and beyond.
But now, one fan thinks there’s a supernatural explanation for his talent.
A tweet from a user identified as @SolomonN38455 got tongues wagging when he asked the singer:
“Flavour is it true that it is mami water that teaches you how to sing?”
Flavour’s hilarious response? “Chai. My secret is out.”

The playful banter had fans laughing, with many agreeing that his voice does sound out of this world. Whether it’s divine, mystical, or just pure talent, one thing’s for sure — Flavour’s voice continues to enchant millions.
Born in Enugu State, Nigeria, Flavour started out as a drummer in his local church before rising to fame with hits like “Nwa Baby (Ashawo Remix)”, “Ada Ada,” and “Golibe.”
Today, he’s one of Africa’s most sought-after performers, known for his electrifying stage presence and cultural authenticity.
