Diana Hamilton speaks on bond with KiDi after TGMA moment

Award-winning gospel musician Diana Hamilton has revealed that she shares a warm and respectful relationship with fellow artiste KiDi, despite the widely discussed moment when she won Artiste of the Year ahead of him.

Speaking on Angel FM in Kumasi, Hamilton reflected on the period following the award announcement, which had generated intense public debate among fans of both musicians.

“Kidi and I have a great bond after he lost Artiste of the Year to me,” she said, dismissing any notion of rivalry or lingering tension.

According to her, their relationship remains cordial and light-hearted. She noted that they occasionally revisit the moment in good spirits.

“We are very good. We talk about the moment and have fun about it,” she added.

Hamilton also expressed satisfaction that KiDi went on to win the same prestigious title the following year, describing his victory as well-deserved.

“I’m glad he won the following year,” she stated.
