Do DNA test immediately after birth to avoid catering for someone’s child
VRMG Boss, Edem born Denning Edem Hotor has advised father’s to conduct DNA paternity tests as soon as their babies are born at the hospital.
Speaking with Amansan Krakye on the Kastle Drive show, Edem said apart from infidelity issues, some Nurses can mistakenly swap babies during delivery.
“I think that respectfully if you and your partner are giving birth to children, you should be able to do a DNA test as soon as they are born,” he said on Kastle FM.
He explained “In very big hospitals nurses can even mix up children when deliveries are a lot in the same day so you can decide as partners to be sure that this is actually your child”.
According to the multiple award-winning rapper, doing a paternity test as early as possible will help some father’s from unknowingly financing someone’s child.
He advised “So if a DNA will make you comfortable charlie do it before you go finance somebody for 30years and later realize that it’s not your child”.
A DNA paternity test is nearly 100% accurate at determining whether a man is another person’s biological father. DNA tests can use cheek swabs or blood tests.
You must have the test done in a medical setting if you need results for legal reasons. Prenatal paternity tests can determine fatherhood during pregnancy.
