Don't call me Davido's wife

The first baby mama of Afrobeats star Davido, Sophia Momodu has called for respect and discretion in relationships, emphasizing the importance of allowing people to move on in peace.

Momodu recounted an incident where a content creator approached her inappropriately, prompting her to address the situation directly.

“Outside, the guys that was doing content saw me and then he got really excited. Wrong person, guys, wrong place, wrong female,” she said in a video shared on X.

“Let’s not do that. Let’s not do that. Let’s respect people’s marriages. Respect people… if people have moved on, allow them to move on in peace, you know what I mean.”

Momodu further expressed her frustration at public assumptions and undue attention, stressing the need for boundaries.

“I don’t want to move on in peace. I don’t want to see everyone is at peace. Everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Just I don’t want us to move on,” she added.
