Eri quits Medikal’s PRO job after Shatta Wale’s rants

On Friday, November 21, 2025, Medikal appointed Eri as his public relations manager.

The appointment was greeted with resentment from his followers and fans, who think she is not worth the chance, as she has in the past abused him.

The fans threatened to boycott Medikal’s show this year because of the said appointment.

Shatta Wale, a close friend of Medikal, questioned the appointment in a TikTok livestream and insisted that they cannot work with someone who has been critical of them.

Although Medikal insisted that the lady is smart and can deliver on her KPIs, Shatta Wale indicated that it is not wise to work with her.

Eri, identifying the threat with the role, announced her resignation from the position 24 hours after her appointment.

Her post read “Highest Eri is a solid brand all thanks to my boss. 24hours p33 of being the PRO for @Medikalbyk and see the street. This is how we like it in the town. Note. I am no more the PRO for BYK. Me p333 Dey do PRO for 24hours and still got paid”.
