Ghanaians privileged to have an artiste like me
Multiple award-winning artiste, E.L has revealed that Ghanaians are privileged to have an artiste like him representing the music industry due to his achievements.
The Ghanaian rapper has recently received 20 Million streams on Spotify for his hit single ‘Superhero’ making him the first from the country to achieve this feat.
“Me I’m a Don for the game inside and Ghanaians are privileged to have an artiste like me still repping for the industry,” the VGMA winner told Amansan Krakye.
Speaking on Kastle FM’s Entertainment Show in Cape Coast, E.L who touts himself as the Best African Rapper (BAR) disclosed his motivation behind his music and style of rap.
“I do the music for me myself and the reason why I put my pen to my paper is about what I feel and I don’t think about what someone else they feel,” he told the host.
He added “It’s not about what the radio presenters want me to talk about cos that’s fake and I can’t do that so I always think about what I feel about in a particular moment.
“So I don’t go to the studio thinking about doing a song to please someone so all you have been hearing is about my vibe,” he concluded.
