Glitz and glamour of Ghanaian Kente at Akufo-Addo’s Inauguration

The cloth which is originally associated with the people of the Asante Region and royals especially, has become a national cloth, being worn to virtually every national events including the swearing-in of the President.
The situation was not different at the swearing-in of the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Thursday, January 7 to officially assume his second term in office.
The Volta Region also has it unique and beautiful Kente pattern which is gradually becoming very common in the country.
GhanaPlus.com brings you some beautiful kente designs worn by dignitaries at the ceremony held at the forecourt of the Parliament House in Accra.
