Gospel Duo Willie and Mike Give Back to Kumasi Children’s Home
Renowned Gospel music duo Willie and Mike have once again demonstrated their commitment to faith and humanity by donating cash and assorted essential items to the Kumasi Children’s Home.
The gesture forms part of their annual charitable ritual, a tradition the duo has faithfully upheld over the years as a way of giving back to society and putting the message of the Gospel into practical action.
Willie and Mike are not only known for their powerful gospel songs but also for their consistent humanitarian outreach, especially their support for vulnerable children. According to the duo, their music ministry goes beyond entertainment; it is rooted in love, compassion, and service to humanity.
Through their songs, Willie and Mike inspire faith, hope, and spiritual resilience. Some of their well-known gospel songs include “I Command,” “Mempene (Don’t Accept It),” “O Nyame,” “Faithful God,” and “I Didn’t Know You Will Favour Me This Way.” These songs have resonated strongly with gospel music lovers, both locally and beyond.
Speaking after the donation, the duo encouraged fellow musicians and the general public to make giving a lifestyle rather than a one-time act, stressing that true worship is reflected not only in songs but also in how people impact lives positively.
Willie and Mike continue to stand out as a gospel duo whose music ministry and social responsibility go hand in hand, earning them admiration as role models in both the gospel music industry and the wider community.
