Hajia4Reall was arrested on a flight

Entertainment pundit, Kwasi Ernest has confirmed the arrest of Hajia4Reall.

According to him, the young lady was arrested Thursday while on a flight traveling back to Ghana.

“She was coming back to Ghana after performing at the Ghana Music Awards UK when she was picked up in the plane. According to the information available to us, the plane had almost left when security officials came in to pick her up. The plane had to delay for more than two hours before they left for Ghana. We cannot confirm where she is but as organizers who brought her, we are working to ensure we get the needed information,” Kwasi Ernest said.

Kwasi Ernest indicated that Hajia4Reall is with security personnel in the United Kingdom

He did not confirm if the artiste was arrested for fraud.

He expressed shock at the reports circulating on social media.

“We don’t have any report suggesting that she will be extradited to the United States of Ghana. Her arrest was a joint investigation between UK Interpol and USA Interpol. We don’t have any information on where she is and why she has been arrested so we should stop the speculation. She is a Ghanaian and should not be condemned because we have not even seen a charge sheet suggesting her arrest,” he said in an interview on Accra-based Peace FM.

Reports on various new portals suggest that the socialite-turned-musician has been arrested.

The reports indicated that she was arrested over fraud to the tune of $8 million.
